Flowing Water

Jing An 1851-1912 Flowing water         cannot carry off flower shadows, Wilted flowers         by themselves fall and flow eastward. Falling flowers, flowing waters         by their nature have no will, Yet their passage causes men much sorrow.

Liú Shuǐ

Jìng Ān 1851-1912 Liú shuǐ bù liú huāyǐng qù, Huā cánhuā zì luò dōng qù. Luòhuā liúshuǐ chū wúyì, Rě dòngrénjiān ěrxǔ chóu.
