Visit with Master Hang Zhao at Lushan's Worthy Perch Monastery

Wei Feng (early Northern Song 北宋 Dynasty) Frozen waterfall, cold assaults our roost, Huddled round stove, a long quiet talk. Poet hearts,       in accord with ancient books, Spontaneously,       we comprehend the ancestors meaning. Sound muzzled,       fir looms in moonlight, Lamp gutters,        frost cakes the old pagoda. Sleepless we face the murky dusk, And make plans to go to Hengyang.
