This tiny Italian bar and restaurant, in the second basement of the Almond Building at the Roppongi intersection in Tokyo, is a venerable antique, one of the very few shops here that has survived from the Occupation days in the late 1940s. At that time there was a streetcar running on tracks through Roppongi and they served spagetti and had a jukebox and a tiny dance floor. I danced part of my youth away here with the most beautiful girl in the world!
