A temple in memory of a princess of the Wu kingdom that ruled southeast China in the Three Kingdoms period 220-280. It is in the image of a Daoist temple and even has monks who apprear to be Daoists. To me the most interesting feature of this temple was this sculpture on the roof beam of a general riding a white horse. Surely this must be the Wave Calming General Ma Yuan of the Han Dynasty, who brought this area and the northern parts of what is now Vietnam into the Chinese sphere of influence.
