Notes:

There is no 慈光寺 Purple Glory Temple extant on Huangshan today. But the site is there, including the well covered by a small shack with the inscription 佛眼泉 Foyanquan or Buddha's Eye Spring painted on a piece of peeling plywood, and a large hall named 慈光閤 Ciguangge, Purple Glory Pavillion, a few old foundation stones and a few stone carvings. Inside the hall is large, bigger than life picture of Deng Xiaoping dressed in shorts proudly leaning on a hiking stick, comemorating his visit to the Yellow Mountain.
