Dawn vista from peak of Huangshan
Dawn Vista On Huangshan
|
Li Bai 699-762
Thirty six strange peaks,
Immortals with black topknots.
Morning sun strikes the tree tops,
Here in this sky mountain world.
Chinese people, raise your faces!
For a thousand years cranes come and go.
Far off I spy a firewood gatherer,
Plucking sticks from stone crevices.

Rí biān qù róu shù,
Rénjiān tiān shàng shān.
Jiúzhōu rén gòng yáng,
Qiānzǎi hè lái hái.
Yánjiàn qiáosúzhě,
Bá qù dù shí guān.
