Ferry Boat Crossing
        Cheng Shunze 1663-1734

Like a sword entering the river,
Sun dim like a candle in heavens.
Boat rocks beneath the bright moon,
A baboon glares with dragon eyes.

Zhōuguò Yánjīn
Chéng Shùnzé 1663-1734

Jiàn rù yánjīn qù,
Guāngmáng réng zhú tiān.
Dàng chuán míng yuè xià,
Fǎng fèi yǒu lóng yǎn.
