"Lantian's over there"...but an army base makes it Off Limits
At Mister Cui's Villa in Lantian on the Ninth

Du Fu 712-770
An old man mourning fall I try to console myself
Happy to have shared this day with friends
Thinking my hair too short or my headgear insecure
I laughed and asked someone to fix my hat
Blue water falls from a thousand distant streams
Jade mountain is high and its two peaks are cold
This time next year who will still be healthy
Let's find some prickly ash after we get drunk

Lǎo qù bēi qiū qiáng zì kuān,
Xìng lái jīnrì jìn jūn huān.
Xiū jiāng duǎn fà hái chuī mào,
Xiào qiàn pángrén wéi zhèngguàn.
Lán shuǐ yuǎn cóng qiān jiàn luò,
Yù shān gāo bìng liǎng fēng hán.
Míngnián cǐ huì zhī shuí jiàn?
Zuì bǎ zhūyú zǐxì kàn.
