Letter To Ziyou From Beyond the Ocean

Su Shi Long time no news of you, How I yearn to see you! Outside the sun dips low, The river grasps one autumn leaf. Desolate grieves the white mist, Endless surf sunders our sorrow. In this world beyond briny tumult, My life's luck now petered out.

Guò Hǎi Dé Zǐyóu Shū

Yǒu dì hū xiāng qiú. Hù wài sān gān rì, Jiāng guān yī yè qiū. Xiāo shū bēi bái fā, Màn làng sàn qióng chóu. Shì shì jiāng shēng wài, Wú shēng xìng qiě xiū. Jīngguò fèi lái jiǔ, Yǒu dì hū xiāng qiú.
