Built between 1893 and 1903. It was where Mongolia's last Living Buddha, and last king, Jebtzun Damba Hutagt VII, often called Bogd Khan, lived for 20 years. The grounds contain 6 temples, and the Winter Palace itself with a ger lined with the skins of 150 !! snow leopards.
