Located in a cave high up on a karst cragg above the Yen Stream, it can be reached by climbing 2km up a mountain path starting at the Den Trinh Temple. Also called the Chua Trong, Inner Temple, it is sequestered 120 stone steps down, deep in the Huong Tich Cave. Incense smoke billows from the cave opening, and inside often it is difficult to see the stalagtites, the stone staute of Avalokitesvara which was carved in 1793 and a bronze bell cast in 1655.
