This temple was destroyed at some point in time. Today in August 2003, there are only two small shacks, one the home of a farmer, his wife and son and the other the one room temple home of the sole resident young monk. A jumble of ruins, collapsed walls, toppled stupa, supine stele attest to it's former glory. Situated in a superb site high above the Sanquansi and the Shounigsi and overlooking the central valley of Wutaishan, it is my favorite site in Wutaishan.
