Omei Mountain Snows

Su Dongpo 1037-1101  West of Omei Mountain         a thousand li of snow; Gazing northward I see Chengdu         like the bottom of a well. Spring winds blow         day by day                 never diminishing, In the fifth moon         travelers are frozen like insects.

Éshān Xuě
