River Hamlet

Dù Fǔ 712-770  A single curve of clear river hamlet-hugging flows; Endless summer in Riverhamlet: all affairs seclude. Coming & going of themselves: swallows in the hall; Approaching befriending others: gulls on the flood. My aged wife ruling paper to make a chessboard; My young sons pound a needle into an angler's hook. All my numerous ailments need are just a few herbs: What else could a frail form possibly have to seek?

Dù Fǔ 712-770 Qīnɡjiānɡ yì qū bào cūn liú, Chánɡxià jiānɡcūn shìshì yōu. Zì qù zì lái liánɡshànɡyàn, Xiānɡ qīn xiānɡ jìn shuǐzhōnɡōu. Lǎoqī huà zhǐ wéi qíjú, Zhìzǐ qiāo zhēn zuò diàoɡōu. Duō bìnɡ suǒ xū wéi yàowù, Wēiqū cǐ wài ɡènɡ hé qiú?
