Dù Fǔ 712-770   I Blanche nuit--lune, recline your bow; Lamp-flower--half drifted off to sleep.    ~ Keening alps: restlessly running deer; Fallen leaves: shudder-startled cicada. Now I recall bream of eastern Jiang How I yearn for a boat in falling snow. Alien songs arise & breach the stars: Blankly awake: I'm at heaven's frontier. II City ramparts--dusk of a sad reed pipe; Rustic hamlet--dearth of passing wings. Armor, swords--prolonged perennially; Taxes, levies--return in dead of night. Hidden leaves settle nestling the cliff; Bright River glimmers circling a barrier. Dipper  slants, once again I gaze as Lune fades: magpies, decline your flight.

Dù Fǔ 712-770 Yi Báiyè yuè xiū xián, Dēnɡhuā bàn wěi mián. Háo shān wú dìnɡ lù, Luò shù yǒu jīnɡchán. Zàn yì jiānɡdōnɡ kuài, Jiān huái xuěxià chuan. Mánɡē fàn xīnɡ qǐ, Kōnɡ jué zài tiānbiān. Er Chénɡɡuō bēi jiā mù, Cūnxū ɡuò yì xī. Jiǎbīnɡ nián shù jiǔ, Fùliǎn yè shēn ɡuī. Anshù yī yán luò, Mínɡhé rào sài wēi. Dǒu xié rén ɡènɡ wànɡ, Yuè xì què xiū fēi.
