Monument of a pre-Mongol empire of the ruler Kultegin, 684-731. It was carved in 732 and is inscribed in Runic and Chinese script. it is located 47 km northwest of Kharkhorin, and as we passed by in October, 2007, a new temple is being constructed around it.
