Famous Hui (Muslim) restaurant in Zhengshou. It is one of the two biggest 面mian (noodle) restaurants in Zhengzhou. They specialize in two kinds of mutton based soup noodles, one is the thick, and the other is thin. Together with the soup they also serve delicious cold dishes, including for the adventurous, steamed sheep's gonads.
